/ THE BUSINESS
A working shop.
For a working trade.
RoofNStop supplies roofing materials and tools in Dublin. Its customers include professional roofers and other trades, buying products for the jobs in front of them.
The website has to support that practical work: finding a category, checking a product and knowing how to order. SERO rebuilt the site in 2025, with website development, e-commerce and SEO considered together.
/ E-COMMERCE IN PRACTICE
Find it.
Understand it.
Order it.
There is more than one way into a trade catalogue. Browse by the kind of work, follow a familiar brand or search for a specific product.

Routes into the range.
The live shop groups roofing materials into categories, with named tool brands and product search providing other routes.
The details beside the product.
Product pages bring the image, specification, brand and product code together. Delivery information helps answer the next practical question.
A clear purchase action.
Quantity and Add to Basket controls sit with the product. The visitor can check the details and choose the next step in one place.
/ WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Give the range
a clear structure.
The rebuild focused on category navigation, product presentation and the technical structure behind the pages. Product discovery needed to work across the catalogue, not just on the homepage.
That is where website design and development meet: the layout and the routes through it need to make sense together.
RoofNStop’s yellow, charcoal and white give the interface its character. The product imagery stays central. This is the client’s identity carried through the shop.

Genuine desktop and mobile views from the RoofNStop project.
/ THE SAME SHOP. A SMALLER SCREEN.
Keep the products
within reach.
On desktop, the category navigation stretches across the page. On mobile, a compact menu makes space for product search, the account and the basket.
The genuine mobile view keeps the product campaign and its action visible, with shop information following below. The hierarchy changes with the screen.
Space for categories and a broad view of the shop.
MOBILEA compact header, visible search and one clear reading direction.
/ REBUILDING WITH CONTINUITY
New structure.
Existing routes considered.
A rebuild also involves the pages people already know. SERO’s published project account describes URL restructuring and redirects as part of the work.
